Bank of Beirut (UK) Ltd. is an authorised institution under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. It commenced its operations in the UK in December 2002. Historically, the Bank has maintained a presence in London since 1981 and has seen the importance of its location grow over the years to become an essential element in providing banking services to the Lebanese community based in the UK and overseas.
Bank of Beirut (UK) Ltd. is a UK incorporated and regulated bank with an equity in excess of £90 Million and a full deposit taking license. The Bank provides a full range of retail, commercial and deposit taking services. In addition, it concentrates on facilitating finance for import and export to corporates, businesses and Correspondent Banks operating between UK and continental Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
